My visit to vijayawada this time was not planned...It happened all of a sudden...Well i had prayed that i would visit the temple after marriage and it was long pending...So i decided i better pay a visit...it was fun...though i was there for just a couple of days...I saw Sujana after so many days...And SUdhir bought me a saree...Cherry on the Cake!!!!!On the whole...it was fun...

Well though i was excited abt Ajay's participation in JDL..., i questioned myself over a thousand times whether he would be the worthy winner...and each time i found myself with the same answer..NO....But again i thought.., the day of his elimination would make me very sad....But the darling that he is.., he proved me wrong.I wont say that i wasnt sad with his elimination...,but i would say the world got to know what a person Ajay actually was....The simple fact that he acknowledged before everyone that if anyone should be eliminated amongst the remaining four( Mahesh, Shveta, Mona and himself)...it should be him.....made everyone stand up and clap....Have anyone seen such a competition..,where the person while leaving the show creates such a space for himself amongst the people present????And the gesture by giving those cute gifts to the judges and Rea(his dancing partner), was Oh! so cool!!!!!I can go on writing pages and pages abt Ajay...,But the fact remains....,for me..,UR THE BEST!!!!!!

Karva Chauth 2006...Well..,it fell on the 10th of October this year...and as every year i fasted for Raaj's long life...And as every year..,Chandamama could be spotted only at half a past 8!!!!!But it was fun..Fasting for someone special is indeed a special feeling....And i hope God blesses him with long life [:)]..Ha thats different ke Raj wasn't with me like he always used to be...I had to make do with his photograph...,:(..,Anyways..,this is the moon of Karva Chauth.....I managed to capture it..,

Lucky...

Well this is lucky...,Raaj's sweet nephew..,He is 2 years old now and is damn sweet..He stay s with his parents in Nara, Japan. Born on 28th July 2004.., he is Raj's life...

Aint he a darling??..Now who wouldnt like a boyfren..,or husband like him??I am aware of the jealous eyes around me..........But....,in the end..,RAAJ IS MINE......and i love him even more ..He always used to wear his cap...He was..,is and i know will be always very particular about the way he looks and dresses........He even tells me...Dress like this.....,be like this..,wear ur nailpolish completely...,shape ur nails properly...,wear only ironed clothes...,keep ur hands and feet clean...take a proper diet..,dont be so rough..,act feminine sometimes...,but.,the tomboy i am...,I never listen...But he never tires of telling me.....He was wearing his black T-shirt(IBM) and blue jeans and not to forget his cap when i shot this photo...I feel its the best ive taken..I took it in Suhasini's house on the 7th of July 2005.

I love this photograph...not simply bcoz its Raaj's..I knw i love everything abt and to related.., Raaj,but look at the innocence i captured in this snap...Look at the smile..Ohhhhhhhhhh its to die for...aint it??

I dont know from when i went this mad for Raaj...but one thing i assure u this will stay for life...and it'll only increase and increase and increase...

Raj's Birthday...Yeah its a week since his birthday and me devil am making an entry today...I am sooooooo stupid...Well...we did celebrate it...though i thought it could have been a much better...This day has always been very very special for me...and will remain evr after...Its thanx to this day that ive got Raj...its a very very special day for me..:)...We had a midnight celebration and early morning paid a visit to the temple...dined outside...But the best part was that Raj took off the entire day to spend time with me...and it was really sweet bcoz i know how busy he is....Ive yet to upload my snaps...Raj if u ever come across this entry plzz do remember how much i love and wish that u celebrate hundreds of such birthdays...

My school!!!!!!!!!Feels great when i go back to my school days and WHY NOT?????????especialy..,when it happens to be the best school in Hyderabad...:)The best part of school was that...,we had enough play to go with the studies... I have inculcated several values of this system...it has laid such a strong foundation of my future....I feel so proud when i associate myself with Vidhyaranya High School.:)

Exams!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exams bring with it unhealthy comparisons...Examinations..,according to me...,deadens creativity..and the joy of learning and discovering the world around u.........Its within the child to grow and learn from everything she (YES...she....!!!) sees and absorbs around her..

Each child deserves individual attention...,esp. in languages and arthmetic. If a child doesnt solve a problem in half an hour..,she'll do it in two hours...maybe.. but.., by then..,she has thought..,analysed and found means to get this answer.That's what learning is all about....!!!!!!!!

If comptetion is what ur looking at., then the child should be able to say..."Teacher, this answer is not right.I should be getting 80 instead of 85. I know the answer and can do better the next time." Thats when a hild begins to enjoy her effort.Most people think that clearing an exam is a passport to a good job....,So she crams and crams till there is no creativity left...:(

With exams come comparisons...,unhealthy competition and escapism in children.They find different ways to hide their marks if they've done badly....,resort to cheating...and why do you want to sacrifice UR beautiful present for the future...,which is not in ur hands....Learning should be an exciting adventure for the child..., once that happens..,the child is able to face any exam...The fear of an exam is no longer there...They begin to take it in their stride........:)

I've always asked myself this question...WHY WAR????Why do we fight like cats and dogs for pieces of land??And why we have ti risk so many lives for such useless fights??Why can't people be satisfied with what they have???Its 6 years since the war of Kargil...but.,the wounds are still fresh..When we were busy with our work...,the brave soldier sacrificed their lives...When we were making merry here..,they were protecting us from our enemies...


KUDOS to the Indian Soldiers....

This 26th July let us all pray together for all the brave soldier who went to their graves fighting....

Saluting The Indian Army and Remembering all what they have for us and our Beloved country...

Smoking Aint Cool..Please Pay heed...

Smoking isnt Cool....everybody knows the ill effects of smoking...,but every smoker thinks that cigarrettes are going to harm the other person and not him...and they fall victim to this thought..A recent statistical analysis shows that smoking causes so much of disease...that in terms of human life.,if a person smokes one cigarrette..,he is shortening his life by 11 minutes....so.,assume Mr.X smokes 10 cigarrettes per day...,he is shortening his lifespan by 2 hrs a day and an average of 3 days per month and a month per year...So go ahead and burn your candles at both ends...U'll be hitting the end of the road at breakneck speed...do u want to really do THAT??????

If there is a vice which is really helpful.,it is no-smoking zones in flights.,restaurants.,hospitals and public places....And i hope everyone knows that passive smoking is equally..,if not more..,disastrous as active smoking...Heart attacks.,brain strokes,hypertension.,lung cancer.,chronic bronchitis.,blockages in leg artery etc are the few likely problems of smoking...

So...................the next time u decide to smoke..,take a pen and strike off 11 mins from a calender and then go ahead...This may help u stop smoking and live a longer and healthier life..................

My Most Prized Possessions........

Well the first and the foremost on my most prized possessions list is........this signature of Ajay Jadeja....its been with me now for almost a decade and i love showing it off...:))...I had taken this when i went visiting the Indian cricket team in Taj Banjara,hyderabad...,when they were here playing against the Proteans...I remember it was the Titan Cup..which we lost...:(....

Well, next on the list is Nag's (Nagarjuna's) autograph on a 500 rupee note...hehehe...i was very young maybe in my 8th standard when i got an opportunity to meet Nag and Amala. It was at the Hi King restaurant..I still remember Nag saying...,endukamma 500 rupees waste chesukuntaavu???( Why ma waste a 500 rupee note??)....But i was adamant..hehehe.....

There is a snap of me and Kapil Dev which ill always treasure...It was when a fren of my mom took me along with him to hs frens house where Kapil had come bcoz they had won the Pepsi contest...Yeah......

My mobile is another of my prized possessions...Im carrying it since Feb 2003...when for everybody else..,it was a luxury...,And ill always treasure the mobile which i first bought...Savings from a piggy bank.....ill get emotional now........

My scooty is another of my most prized possessions...its 7 years old now...,but ill never let it part from me...its been with me throught thick and thin....

My diary year 2003 is maybe my most valuable possession....Even till date i use it...Sometimes when i feel low..,or when my mood isnt all that good....,i take a peek at it...It contains some of the most memorable and magical moments of my life........:))

Mmmmmmm and yes ofcourse...,the crown and slash which i won in college...,when they crowned me Miss.Siddhartha for the year 2003...i was selected from 900 final year students....hehehehe....FACE VALUE yaar.....

But according to me...,my most prized possession is a 500 rupee note given to me by my late uncle....it is always with me...i never let it away from me...for even a day...

This is Raaj...,the love of my life....,I think most of u...,almost all of u know him by now...And im sure all of u approve of him...,Hez an instant hit with my frens and esp. children....Keerthana likes him a lot...,so does Muskaan.And i personally feel..,that the best thing about Raaj is his childish behavior..He tends to make me smile even when im in one of my worst tempers...,


I met Raaj ages ago..,and ever since..,our love has only grown..,He makes me feel special...,Its he who makes me differentiate between the right and the wrong...Hez very concerned about me and that makes me fel even more special.....There is an air of casualness around him which i adore.....He acts tough outside...,but by heart..,hezzzzzz very sensitive...,He tends to take things by heart...,and no wonder.,hez always hurt...,He says Im his best fren.....


He likes Sonali Bendre...and adores Diya......latest ga Ileana.....Hez a movie buff and whenever hez free..,hed rather watch a movie...,He prefers Action movies and comedy flicks...He admires Paresh Rawal's acting skills...(Now who doesn't???).His Favourite movie is The Big Boss...,Hez a gizmo and always keeps updating me on the latest arrivals in the market...And to go with that ..,hez a cyber buff...,he always tries to explain me things which ultimately i dont understand.......His favorite colour is Blue...,Can give his eye and tooth to watch a cricket match....,WORSHIPS....,(literally)..,ya,im not joking....,He worships...,Sachin,Hez not particular abt the food he eats...,though he loves palak paneer a lot....He Is very possessive abt his sister...,Loves his parents...,and hates reading........(now thats where we differ)hehehe...
He is working for Fidelity Business Services India Pvt Ltd...,bangalore...
